O INCT Nanocarbono has produced patents as a result of research carried out by members of the institute.

We present a scientometric analysis performed from 38 patents indexed in the Derwent Innovation Index  from database ClarivetTM 

In order to carry out this analysis, the Derwent Innovation Index through the Web of Science platform. The parameters used to obtain the records were “fullerene or nanotube or graphene or 2D transition metal dichacogenide or tmd” in the field “TOPICO” and as “INVENTOR” the names of the members of the INCT Nanocarbono were placed. Based on these parameters, patent records linked to the institute were obtained. With the set of 38 patents obtained, we carried out the study  scientometric  with the CiteSpace software that analyzes the formation of thematic and/or author networks. In the animation above you can see the thematic evolution determined by Derwent World Patent Manual Codes  of the patents of the INCT Nanocarbono.
